Best brown sugar milk tea in town!

Better than Xinfutang, or The Alley or any of the new ones everyone keeps raving about.

This place is tiny, but their brown sugar milk tea BBT is legit! Just grab and go type of place.

    Taro Milk with Pudding (Large)
    50% Sugar & 30% Ice
Review: FIRST OFF I KNOW IM A HYPOCRITE OKAY... I BOUGHT BUBBLE TEA WITH A PLASTIC CUP AND DRANK IT WITH A PLASTIC STRAW  I'm trying to be a better person to save the turtles ;-; I'm sorry for my grave sin  But this bubble tea literally tastes so gross. It tastes like watered down NASTINESS mixed with some pudding of NASTINESS. The cashier said the drink was extremely sweet so I lowered the sweetness by half and I only ordered it because it was on the FAVORITES LIST ;-; My friend got the brown sugar oolong milk tea and it was really good. I don't recommend the one I got but I recommend the one she got  So order that if you go to gong cha :) Rating: 0/10

Rude customer service. Royal milk tea with pearls was good but if I could leave 0 stars I would.

If you don't like your job, then find something better. Having attitude in customer service won't get you far! I should have told her to her face! But I just won't ever come back.

There's a lot of bubble tea locations around Downtown. I'm semi-determined to try many, if not all of them. It's been a while but I've finally hit up Gong Cha. Think I missed the hype though.

I ordered the brown sugar oolong milk tea. For the most part it was a bit...more tea than I'm used to with milk teas and that was fine. It was a decent change of pace. Pearls weren't anything to write home about. I didn't think they were great but they weren't awful. I was fine with it overall.

Place was empty when I stopped by. I think it'd be a decent spot to take a break and hang out over bubble tea. Bubble waffles are also a neat side to offer.

Overall, I didn't hate my visit to Gong Cha but I didn't find it extraordinary. Will probably be back another day to try more stuff.

I have been to multiple Gong Chas across 5 different countries and this one is the worst I've been to. Gong Cha needs to make sure there is some quality control! Gong Cha is usually my favorite bubble tea place, but drinks here are more watery than usual, and employees are confused as heck about what's on their own menu....clearly not properly trained. Plus, this is the only Gong Cha I've ever been to where the workers are on their personal phones while customers are trying to order.
